Distribution is often underrated but most dangerous when people overrate it. Everyone I met at MSFT overrates their distribution power. Fact is when we are talking about x10 productivity gain, x100 better experience, no amount of distribution power will stop people from switching. Then what value do you bring? Just a fucking thin wrapper? Then you don’t deserve a margin.
